Saint-Narcisse (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

In Quebec in 1972, Dominic, twenty-two, takes Polaroid photographs of himself and is more interested in his own reflection than in anyone else. When his grandmother Marie dies, he learns that his mother Beatrice did not die in childbirth and that he has an identical twin brother, Daniel. The two were separated at birth, and Daniel was raised in a remote monastery by a priest, Father Andrew, who keeps him there against his will. Dominic goes looking for Beatrice, who lives in exile in a cabin in the woods with a young woman named Irene, and for the brother he has never met.
