George Eads
Biography
George Eads is an American actor born in Fort Worth, Texas, who studied marketing at Texas Tech University before heading to Los Angeles to try acting. His breakthrough came on the primetime soap Savannah, where he played the scheming Travis Peterson, and he also played that character's twin brother, Nick Corelli. In 1997 he appeared on ER as a paramedic named Greg Powell and in the television film Crowned and Dangerous. He became best known for playing forensic scientist Nick Stokes, a lead role on a CBS police drama from 2000. While on that series he also made television movies such as Monte Walsh (2003) and Evel Knievel (2004). From 2016 to 2019 he starred as Jack Dalton on the CBS reboot of MacGyver. TV Guide included him among its Sexiest Male Actors in 2009.
