Emma Kenney

Emma Kenney, an American actress, is known for playing Debbie Gallagher on Shameless and Harris Conner-Healy on Roseanne and its spin-off The Conners. Born in New York City, she appeared in short and made-for-television films, and in 2009, at nine, she was the youngest filmmaker finalist at Rutgers University's New Jersey International Film Festival. She won the role of Debbie, the daughter of William H. Macy's character in the comedic drama Shameless, when she was ten. In 2017, she was announced for the tenth season of Roseanne, a revival that premiered on ABC in March 2018; she played Harris, the title character's granddaughter, and Sara Gilbert portrayed her television mother. After ABC canceled the revival in 2018, she stayed with the main cast for The Conners, which premiered that October and concluded after seven seasons in 2025.
