Bruce Blain
Biography
Bruce Blain is an actor who works in film, television, and voice acting, a path he began in 2004 while he was living in Thailand. He has also been a salesman, bar manager, managing editor, teacher, carpenter, and entrepreneur. He found early screen work and appeared alongside Eric Roberts in The Mark (2012) and Ewan McGregor in The Impossible. After thirteen years in Southeast Asia, he settled in Vancouver to act full time. There he had recurring roles on television: the Desk Sergeant in the seventh season of Once Upon a Time, Vic in Riverdale, and Dwight Charles and Coach Phil Evans in Supernatural. His film credits include Max 2: White House Hero (2017), Leprechaun: Origins (2014), the Rampage sequels, and many Hallmark and Lifetime movies. He also voiced advertising campaigns and served as writer, producer, director, and star of the award-winning short Mad Santa.
