Aaron Jay Rome
Biography
Aaron Jay Rome is an actor from Fort Collins, Colorado, who moved away after high school to begin his acting career. At 19 he settled in Los Angeles, where he spent five years learning about both sides of the camera while maintaining his focus on acting. By 21, tired of waiting for others' projects, he turned to writing and completed a first script with a fellow actor. In November 2010 he relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana, and trained under coach Dean J. West. He took supporting parts in films including The Campaign, Hot Tub Time Machine 2, and Get on Up, and appeared on television in The Vampire Diaries and Bonnie & Clyde. He shared writing and producing duties on the feature Sulfur, made in Louisiana, and also co-wrote, co-produced, co-directed, and starred in the series Hopper & Finch.
