RoboGeisha (2009) on Netflix

Plot summary

Two orphaned geisha sisters, Kikue Kasuga and her younger sister Yoshie Kasuga, live in a traditional house. Kikue is the gifted performer and bullies her clumsy younger sister. Performing for Hikaru Kageno, heir to the Kageno Steel corporation, Yoshie disrupts the event and, while defending herself from Kikue, shows a strength no one can explain. Hikaru has the sisters seized and made to fight; when Kikue attacks, Yoshie's strength breaks out on its own and beats her. The corporation then takes Yoshie and other abducted young women and rebuilds them as cyborg assassins, arming their bodies with blades and guns wired into their brains. Yoshie and her companions are told they serve the greater good against terrorists. Kikue, judged the lesser fighter, is kept as a servant.
