Plot summary
Roger and Frank own a motorcycle dealership in San Antonio, and they set out with their wives, Kelly and Alice, in a recreational vehicle for a ski vacation in Aspen, Colorado. In a desolate meadow in central Texas the men race their bikes, and that night, while the women sleep, they watch a Satanic cult kill a person across a shallow river. The cult chases them, and they escape and report the murder to Sheriff Taylor, who suggests they likely saw hippies killing an animal. While the RV is cleaned, Kelly and Alice discover a rune pinned to its broken rear window and take books on occultism from the local library. A man in a red truck keeps watching them.
