Plot summary
In a remote part of Uttar Pradesh, Sub-Inspector Jatil Yadav is called away from a colleague's wedding to the mansion of Raghuveer Singh, a wealthy aristocrat found shot dead with his own gun on the night he married. Radha, the young bride, is treated as an outsider by the household, which meets Jatil's questions with silence. Ramesh Chauhan, brother of Raghuveer's first wife, introduces Jatil to the family: the matriarch Pramila Singh and her children Vikram and Vasudha, Raghuveer's children Karuna and Karan, and Karuna's husband Ravi Sisodia. Jatil keeps pulling at an older case, closed without investigation, in which Raghuveer's first wife and her driver were killed.
