Plot summary
Steve is an Adélie penguin in Antarctica, preparing to start a family. He joins the males of his colony in the spring and spends the day trying to impress a mate, without success. He is ready to give up when he meets Adeline, a female who has not yet found a partner. The two begin to love each other. Steve's season is not easy: killer whales and leopard seals threaten him as he works toward a nest and a family of his own.
