Passengers (2008) on Netflix

Plot summary

Claire Summers, a psychotherapist, is asked to take on the care of five people who came through a plane crash: the passengers Dean, Norman, Shannon and Eric, and a flight attendant, Janice. Their accounts of the disaster do not match; Dean is certain an explosion came first, while the rest remember nothing of the sort, and an airline representative, Mr. Arkin, puts the crash down to an error by the pilot. Eric, oddly euphoric in the aftermath, wants one-on-one sessions instead of the group meetings. He lets Claire know he is drawn to her, and it unsettles her that he appears to know about her private life, among it her difficult relationship with her sister, Emma. Her duty to him as a patient conflicts with what she begins to feel.
