Plot summary
A wealthy brother and sister kill married men together. The sister draws the men in through a phone party line and takes them to her bed, and her disturbed brother is waiting with a straight razor to cut their throats. A detective is handed the case, and he and his captain set out to track the two of them down and bring them in.
