Plot summary
Oggy, a light blue cat, chases the cockroaches Joey, Dee Dee and Marky through four eras of history, a quarrel that goes back to an unevolved planet where a blue amoeba was mocked by three others. In an era 120,000 years ago, the cats have evolved into neanderthals who live in villages, and Oggy and his cousin Jack are sent to bring fire to their tribe's chief after Oggy puts out the village flame while chasing the roaches. A bad memory from childhood left Oggy afraid of fire, and the roaches cause trouble for the cousins as they hike toward the volcano.
