Plot summary

The special collects previously unreleased stand-up material that a comedian recorded alone on June 28, 2020. He had planned to tape it with a live audience at a Los Angeles venue, but health challenges and the COVID-19 pandemic led him to record in the apartment of his producing partner instead, so that the material would be available to view. The comedian's multiple myeloma had come out of remission and spread into myelodysplastic syndrome. The comedian works through casinos, cannibalism and living wills, and the question of being ready for whatever life throws his way. The special was released on Netflix.
