Plot summary
When a green meteorite comes down in a quiet town, the dogs kept there as pets turn mysteriously aggressive, attacking and killing the residents. Rosalyn, a teenager, is out camping with Shep, her old but faithful dog, when the attacks hit. The town is in chaos and the roads are blocked. Rosalyn is separated from the other members of her family, and they have to find each other again. That means fighting back against the blood-thirsty hounds, and if the dogs take the whole town, escape will be impossible.
