Plot summary
In 2008, Sami Benboudaoud got to know Neuilly-sur-Seine, and the experience was a hard one. Ten years on, his political science studies are going well and everything is working out for him. His cousin Charles de Chazelle has the opposite experience. Charles admires Nicolas Sarkozy, and the defeat of his idol in the presidential election leaves him deeply depressed. Then the Chazelle fortune is gone, and the family must quit Neuilly. Nobody will take them in, so they find shelter with Sami in Nanterre. Sami and the other people of his town now have the Chazelles as neighbors, and daily life there changes.
