My Date with the President's Daughter (1998) on Netflix

Plot summary

Duncan Fletcher is a teenager in suburban Washington, D.C. looking for a date to his school's spring dance, a search tied to a bet with his friends Curtis and Arthur. At the mall he meets Hallie and invites her to the dance. She accepts and gives him an address that he does not recognize as the White House. Hallie is the daughter of President George Richmond and had slipped away from the Secret Service during a campaign event for her father's reelection. The President at first refuses to let her go because of a fundraiser that night, then agrees, with agents accompanying the pair. Duncan's father will not lend him the company car, so Duncan takes it to collect Hallie, and the President tells him where the two may and may not go.
