Mr. Troop Mom (2009) on Netflix

Plot summary

Naomi Serrano is 13, and her father Eddie, a widower who works as a public defender, has missed most of her big moments and embarrasses her in front of her friends. The Killer Bees, Naomi's team at the Spring Action Classic, need a Team Mom when their volunteer goes into labor early, and Eddie fills in, following the girls to Camp Hulka's Rock. The camp director, Miss Hulka, runs the place in military style and has no patience for his businesslike manner. Harry Matthews, the colleague who was meant to cover Eddie's work at the law firm, turns up at camp with papers.
