Plot summary
Officers Baines and Guinness shoot a clown called Mr. Jingles after he murders the parents of young Angie Randall. As he dies, he tells the girl he will come back for her. Angie is sent to an institution, and she lives there until she is a teenager, when she moves in with her aunt Helen Jameson and her cousins Dylan and Heidi. At the town cemetery someone in a Jingles costume kills a visitor, and Mayor Baines and Guinness are summoned to the scene. Two of Dylan's friends plan to steal Jingles' tombstone as a prank on Angie, and both die during the attempt.
