Plot summary
The T.I.A. is a spy agency that spoofs the CIA. A spy breaks into Professor Bacterio's laboratory at its headquarters and makes off with several of his inventions. He intends to sell them to the President of Tirania, the ruler of a small Eastern European dictatorship. Mortadelo and Filemón work at the agency as agents, but the chief would rather not count on them and gives the case to Fredy, a detective brought in from outside. Fredy means to get to the stolen inventions before Mortadelo and Filemón do, so the pair set about their own investigation of the theft.
