Miss Stevens (2016) on Netflix

Plot summary

Rachel Stevens teaches English at a California high school and signs up to chaperone three students at a weekend state drama competition: Margot, who is organized, Sam, who is easygoing, and Billy, a talented performer. Before the trip she meets with Principal Alvarez and learns that Billy takes medication for a behavioral disorder. The group checks into a hotel, and at a mixer Rachel meets Walter, another teacher, and the two hint at an attraction even though he has a wife. Later that night Rachel notices Billy sitting outside his room, and when she asks what is wrong he laughs and says he lost his key. She spends the rest of the evening in her room, drinking and running through the dialogue she uses in class.
