Plot summary
Lynn Page and her brother Lucas are from Larkin, Texas. She left years ago, after their videographer parents fell ill and died, and Lucas asks her to return because of strange phenomena in the town. He found a VHS tape on the family property that shows a figure enter the house at night, hypnotize him and place an object in his mouth, and the footage makes him go viral online. Lynn treats the clips as a hoax and refuses to help, and his fans harassed her in public. When he stops answering, she arrives at his house to find him catatonic, with a video of the town's main street playing.
