Plot summary
Maha's daughter Aishu rides the school bus home. When the bus stops for repairs, the conductor walks part of the way with her and then turns back, and Aishu goes on alone. Maha finds that her daughter has not arrived, and that the bus conductor and the driver have both fled their houses. She tells ACP Vikram that Aishu is missing. Vikram is hunting a man who abducts and murders young girls; a doctor who examines the evidence tells him the killer may be a doctor, since every trace of semen was wiped from the girl's body. Constable Alex Pandian assists him. Maha's boyfriend Malik fights off men who harass her.
