Maggie Shayne's Embrace the Twilight (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Sarafina has lived long enough to learn that love ends in betrayal and heartbreak, and she has vowed never to fall into it again. She claims the flaw is cured. Then Colonel Willem Stone enters her life, a soldier whose will does not bend and whose appetite for life matches her own. Neither gives ground, and the pull between them proves stronger than the clash. Mercenaries are hunting the child of promise, a hybrid of human and vampire, for the secret of her immortality. When the child is taken, Sarafina and Willem must set their struggle aside and combine their strengths to bring her back.
