Love and Distrust (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

An anthology in five parts about desire. In The Summer House, Jane leaves England for her aunt's home in France after Richard ends their relationship, and Richard arrives at the summer house to try to change her mind. In Blue Poles, Libby is pulled between commitments, responsibilities and desires when she stops Miles, who is driving to Canberra to look at the Blue Poles. In Grasshopper, Travis keeps emotional contact at a distance through phones and computers, and Terri does the same through makeup, high heels and prostitution; a phone he leaves on a train brings them together. In Pennies, waitress and single mother Charlotte Brown has two hours to raise money after a menacing caller sets the limit. In Auto Motives, decisions that are easy to make prove hard to carry through.
