Plot summary
In 1972, eight-year-old Aaron Roberts watches his father and new stepmother board the Corona Queen for their honeymoon. On the bridge, the captain and crew spot a large sonar image, and a dark cloud formation engulfs the ship. Twenty-five years later, Aaron works as a paranormal researcher. A colleague tells him the Corona Queen has turned up drifting off the Bermuda Islands. Reporter Dana Elway prepares to fly out with cameraman Randall Banks, and her boss, Kaplan, adds a younger colleague, Julie. Dana asks Aaron to come along, and he accepts. Salvage leader David Shaw and his operators, Dazinger and Fields, join the flight. In a storm, the group drops onto the deck of the ship, which they find deserted and in good condition, and begins to explore.
