Plot summary
Peter Johnson and Harvey Garvey work as prop men for a vaudeville company that finds itself stuck in the Middle East. Its singer, Hazel Moon, finds work in a cafe there, and the two men are taken on as comedy relief. Their turn sets off a brawl, and the three of them are put in jail. In jail they meet Prince Ramo, a sheik whose uncle Nimativ took his throne using two rings that let him hypnotize people. Ramo promises to get them out if they agree to help him win the throne back.
