Looking for Her (2022) on Netflix

Plot summary

Taylor's family is ready at last to meet her girlfriend Jess, and their guilt-tripping leaves her little choice but to come home for the holidays and bring her girlfriend with her. The problem is that she and Jess have broken up, and Taylor, a perfectionist, does not want her family to learn it. Her answer is an open audition: she seeks an actress to play the part. The woman she hires has to pass as Jess in front of relatives who believe the relationship is real, and Taylor has to keep the arrangement going for the length of the visit.
