Kronprinsen och tyrannens återkomst (2025) on Netflix

Plot summary

In a small kingdom under falling snow, the town is busy with preparations for a winter wedding. Queen Lovisa is to marry Amir, the fool. The festivities are cut short when Amalia turns up with soldiers at her back, the mother of the former tyrant, set on putting the throne back in her own family's hands. That opens the way for Ville, the young crown prince, to take the crown, a thing he has wanted for as long as he can remember. Whether the boy can carry the responsibility is one open question, and what his grandmother is really after is another.
