Plot summary
Alhaja Eniola Salami is known for her business and her charity work, and a political career lies ahead of her. She also presides over a table of gang-lords who owe her a share of whatever deals they make. Odogwu Malay brings Makanaki a venture: robbing politicians who are trying to escape the anti-corruption agency's whistle-blowing campaign. The robberies recover loot from ghana-must-go bags, from soak-away pits and from a casket, but the two men withhold Eniola's cut. The political class treats that as insolence from her and sets Inspector Nurudeen Gobir against her.
