Kicking Off (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Wigsy and Cliff are loyal supporters who spend their Saturdays in the terraces, singing their football team toward victory. The season has gone badly, and the club's place in the division comes down to one match: a win keeps them up, a loss sends them down. In the closing minutes, a goal for their side brings the crowd to its feet, until the referee, Anthony Greaves, disallows it. A goal at the other end follows, and the losing supporters riot. The riot causes no real change, and Wigsy and Cliff, with Cliff the more reluctant of the two, are determined to right the injustice.
