Plot summary
Haripriya, a former television actress, is tired of a marriage to Pavithran that she finds unromantic. He works as a junior artist and an acting coach. His attempt to please her with a gift of gold-plated earrings looks likelier to land him in trouble than to save the marriage. When her brother asks for financial help, she mortgages the earrings, and a worried Pavithran arranges a sudden three-day trip to Munnar, hiding the jewelry in a hotel. The guests and the staff of the place seem odd from the start. Hours later he cannot find what he concealed, and Haripriya turns her suspicion on the hotel's employees.
