Plot summary
Bobby Grewal lives alone in Mumbai, where she works as a dubbing artist. Her uncle looks after the family property, and a young married couple, Keshav and Reema, take the house. Their ordinary life together draws Bobby in, and she watches and follows them. A fire in the kitchen kills Reema. Bobby holds Keshav responsible and brings her suspicion to the police, who find no evidence against him. She had been sent to an asylum before, after a producer touched her at work and she cut his nose with a knife. Years before that, as a child, she stepped into a fight between her parents, and both fell to their deaths from the terrace.

- The film was first titled Mental Hai Kya, and was renamed Judgementall Hai Kya in June 2019 after the Indian Psychiatric Society complained to the Central Board of Film Certification that the original title trivialised mental health issues.
- During promotions, lead actress Kangana Ranaut questioned a journalist over personal remarks about her and Rani of Jhansi, and the Entertainment Journalists' Guild of India decided to boycott her until she issued an unconditional apology, which producer Ekta Kapoor gave on her behalf.
