Plot summary
Jimmy and Judy are two teenage outcasts who fall in love. They leave their suburban community in rural Kentucky and take to the road, hoping to find a better life than the one they left behind. A digital camera goes with them, and they document their deeds with it, so the story arrives as a video diary recorded from their own point of view. The landscape they cross holds hypocrisy, materialism, drugs and violence, and their rebellion turns destructive. The police are looking for the pair, and the two keep moving together. The film is shot hand-held in a cinéma vérité style.
