Plot summary
Iron Maiden: Burning Ambition covers the fifty-year history of Iron Maiden, from the band's early days playing pubs in East London to the stadiums it went on to fill around the world. The film is assembled from the group's official archives and from archival footage, and animated sequences built around Eddie, the band's mascot, appear throughout. Members past and present contribute audio commentary rather than appearing on camera. Interviews with fans around the world form a large part of the film, and the people interviewed come from many different backgrounds. Musicians from other bands and an actor take part as guests.
