Plot summary
Doug Masters, a former pilot, still carries his years as a prisoner with him and now works as a crop duster. His old friend, retired General Charles 'Chappy' Sinclair, brings him in as an instructor at a flight school where teenagers with legal trouble fly Harvard IV trainers with little regard for safety. At an exhibition, Chappy's students face off against teenagers from the Air Force. Wheeler hands a drug dealer a bag of sugar passed off as cocaine and takes off with her co-pilot Rudy Marlowe, heading for Mexico. Doug chases her and makes her put down on an abandoned airbase, where armed men shoot at them. Chappy and Maj. Gen. Brad Kettle go to inspect a storage bunker at the base.
