Chi Shou assists Dr. Chau, a Chinese physician whose free clinic treats villagers hooked on the morphine and opium sold by a Japanese nightclub. The deceitful wife of one addict and the nightclub's men, out for payback, stand in his way. Over them all is a man known as the Chairman, whose fingers are said to bring death.
