Plot summary
Poison hires friends to attack Rich Chan, then pretends to fight them off, and that performance wins him a place as Rich Chan's new bodyguard. Rich Chan's next errand goes to Dragon, who runs the Courageous Dragon Detective Agency and is given three diamonds to deliver. The stones are the ones Rich Chan took from Uncle Pai Mary. Both men serve the same employer now, and the two conmen recognize each other at once, each threatening to expose the other to Rich Chan. Mary and her men want those diamonds for themselves, and they volunteer to relieve Dragon of them.
