Plot summary
Jipé, the lead singer of a successful Belgian rock band, loses his voice when his microphone gives out during a song, but he keeps singing. He tumbles into a ditch, cannot cry out for help, and so he dies. His four bandmates, bearded and hairy Belgian rock musicians, bury their singer. Out of friendship, and to show themselves that nothing can stop them, the men decide to set off on a tour that will carry his ashes to Los Angeles in California. One day before the group leaves, a serviceman with a mustache arrives and introduces himself as their friend's lover.
