Plot summary
Park Min-jae is a newly appointed junior civil service officer. Na Ok-boon, known at her district office as Goblin Granny, has filed more than 8,000 complaints there, and she wants to learn English. The class at the resident center does not match her level and the academy moves too quickly, so she is sent out of it. She hears Min-jae talking with a native speaker in fluent English and asks him to teach her, though he would rather stick to his assigned duties. When he sees her caring for his younger brother, Young-jae, he agrees to become her teacher. Her English improves.
