Plot summary
Dee Dee's boyfriend Frankie is stationed in Tahiti for naval reserve duty, and from that distance he cannot be sure she will remain faithful. He seeks out Bwana, a witch doctor, who conjures a floating bikini, gives it the shape of a sea beauty named Cassandra, and sends her to the shore. Cassandra is meant to pull Ricky's attention away from Dee Dee; Ricky is the advertising man who wants to win her over. Her arrival upends the beach, as every surfer falls for her, an executive hopes to turn her into a model, and the bikers of Eric Von Zipper make things worse.
