Plot summary
The governors of Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina speak at the start about the evils of crime. A gang of career criminals, patterned on the real Tri-State Gang, robs banks and payrolls across those states. George Legenza leads it, a cold killer who draws no line between an armed guard and any of the gang's molls who cross him. William "Bill" Phillips, Robert "Bobby" Mais, Herbie Brooks and Noyes, the driver, are the other men in the crew.
