Plot summary
Heli is a young man who works at a car assembly factory in central Mexico. He shares a small house with his father, who works at the same plant, his wife Sabrina, their baby son Santiago, and his twelve-year-old sister Estela. Estela has been seeing Beto, a seventeen-year-old police cadet who wants to marry her and leave. Beto plans to sell cocaine packages that a corrupt general drew from a cache the army had seized and burned. With Estela's consent, he hides the drugs in the house. When Heli learns what his sister has agreed to, he locks her in her room and gets rid of the packages himself.
