Plot summary
Veera Mallu, a warrior in 17th-century Mughal India, lives as an outlaw and gives what he takes to the poor. Prince Aurangzeb is fighting his way to the throne. The Sultan of Golconda, Abul Hasan Qutb Shah, calls on Veera Mallu's skills and gives him a task: bring the Koh-i-Noor diamond out of Aurangzeb's palace. Veera Mallu sets out with a small crew of companions, each with a talent of his own. A gang leader named Dora crosses his path, and Panchami is the woman he loves.

- In June 2025, weeks before the release, Pawan Kalyan returned ₹11 crore of his own remuneration to help fund the completion of Hari Hara Veera Mallu and led its promotion in person.
- Hindi actor Arjun Rampal was set to make his Telugu debut as the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, but dropped out over other commitments and pandemic production delays, and Bobby Deol took the role instead.
- After critics attacked the film's visual effects on release, the makers put out an edited version that removed several scenes, including 10–15 minutes of the climax.
