Plot summary
The Indian Army hunts the brigand Gajendra Sahu in a forest. Wounded, he is saved by the head of the Maha Rudra Peetam, who teaches that God lives in nature; when the followers worship the man rather than that truth, Gajendra turns against him and plunders nature for profit. In Anantapur, Ramachandraiah and Dharani have twin sons and one is stillborn. An Aghora says one child is nature and the other a destructive force born of Shiva's wrath, and takes the dead infant to Kashi, where it revives and is raised by Aghoras. The surviving twin, Murali Krishna, becomes an arbitrator in Anantapur. Saranya Bachupally, the new District Collector, clashes with him before warming to his ideals. Varadarajulu runs an illegal uranium mine inside a protected forest with Gajendra's backing, and Saranya orders an inquiry.
