Plot summary
In the aftermath of an apocalypse, no one can see color anymore. A brilliant scientist dies suddenly, and the briefcase he leaves behind passes to Ana, a girl of twelve. It holds a synthetic drug, highly addictive, that brings color sight back to whoever takes it. Because the briefcase is in her hands, a doctor who has wicked plans for the drug makes her his target. To get away from his pursuit, she depends on the aid of the two bodyguards who were devoted to the dead scientist. They travel with her, and the journey the three of them share is a perilous one.
