Kryptonita (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

The ship from Krypton comes down not in Smallville but in La Matanza, a working-class county of Greater Buenos Aires, and the boy raised there becomes Nafta Súper. With Ráfaga, El Federico, Lady Di, Faisán, Cuñataí Güirá and Juan Raro he runs the Nafta Súper gang, robbing banks and handing the takings to the poor, which sets the gang against a bald gangster and against corrupt officers of the Buenos Aires Provincial Police. After kryptonite tears into his side, Nafta Súper is carried to a hospital, where the night-shift doctor González fights to keep him alive as the police move toward the ward.
