Plot summary
Dr. Miranda Grey works as a psychiatrist at Woodward Penitentiary, treating women in the ward. Driving one night, she swerves her car to miss a young woman on the road. She wakes confined as an inmate there, under the care of her colleague Dr. Pete Graham. Her husband Douglas has been killed with an axe, and she is the only suspect. She recalls nothing of that night. The woman from the road returns as an apparition and cuts the words Not Alone into her arm. Chloe Sava, an inmate she once treated, is in the ward with her.
