Plot summary
Jennifer Shannon has a knack for spotting rare treasures at garage sales and reselling them at her consignment store, Rags to Riches. Her eye for a bargain also pulls her into the crimes that surface at the second-hand sales she visits. Her friend Martin owns a self-storage facility, and when he auctions off an abandoned unit full of unusual items, Jennifer buys the contents. Hours later Martin is found murdered, and Jennifer, who was there, becomes a key eyewitness. Detective Lynwood brings her into the inquiry, and she helps him focus on a disgruntled customer as a suspect. With her business partner Danielle, Jennifer sorts through the boxes from the auction while her husband Jason worries for her safety.
