Plot summary
Sujitha, called Suji, teaches computer science at Arasan High School. When her student Ramya goes missing and the local police station does nothing, she takes the complaint to the DGP and points out how many women have disappeared from the village. Her complaint names Malaiarasan, the school's correspondent, who also heads the village Cooperative society, and his brother Kottaiarasan, a maker of illicit spirits. The DGP appoints a special officer to join the school's staff as a physical training instructor. Saravanan takes the post beside Singaram, the other PT teacher, who loves Suji one-sidedly and buys liquor for her grandfather Agasalingam to win her over. Suji beats Amaldass, a henchman of Malaiarasan, when he harasses her.
