Plot summary
Roberta Van Houten is a renowned art critic, and a malicious one. A private art showing brings her to the Lunatic Gallery, a gothic manor in upstate New York, where she is left alone with one mysterious draped easel. She hopes it reveals a medium unseen by the art world. What she finds is a collection of terror, and it carries her into four stories of murder and monsters, told in the segments "Critic's Choice", "By Her Hand, She Draws You Down", "Down the Drain" and "A Far Cry from Home".
